WOW!!
God just blessed me with a wacom intuos3 tablet!!!!!!!!!
i was intending to save up for one or actually an intuos2 cuz intuos3 is much more expensive
(i've recently borrowed chi's intuos2 for a week and i loved it)
God knows my desires.

my dad and i worked on a mural last week

i liked how it turned out.
we got the design from a book.
took us 5days to do it
though it wasn't a paid job
i enjoyed the experience.
i could spend time working & eating with my dad
its something i never had before
we walked to our busstop on the first day and he was telling me about the history of the area (grandfather used to stay in the area)
overall and all it was a good experience.
some ppl thought i was crazy to do it and even i did
and probably it got to me.(i began to complain)
overall in all.. it was good.
and i repent.
thank God in all circumstances.

i've been asking God to renew my heart for Him.
to bless me with something i can testify that its definitely God's doing.
to help me in the area of thanksgiving
to share it out.
if we don't share about our blessings from God, we'll soon forget that God ever blessed us.
i know it cuz i've experienced it.
just like we proclaim the death of Christ through Holy communion, i believe God wants us to proclaim about His goodness too :)
and in proclaiming, it means to testify it.
we can't proclaim something in front of no one.
we proclaim it to people.
thats what i've been askin God.
to show me that He's real again.
to bless me with something i can testify.

and just yesterday, my cousin who asked my dad and me to do the paint job, asked me what i wanted as a payment for the mural.
and i asked for my intuos. and left it to God, if it's His will, let it be done.
this morning, she replied "ok"
this is God's doing.

He got me the sudden paint job and blessed my dad and me with the skill to paint (i never did a mural before while my dad hasn't painted like that for 40 years)
HALLELUJAH!!!!!!
God is good.

she got it for free in her office.
i was like wow

as many of you guys know, i'm enlisting tmr~ hahaha
so yesterday i decided to do something i've always and been wanting to do..
walk and get lost.
and i did.
it was amazing!
and gosh it was beautiful.
hahaha...
took a walk from esplanade to the PSA at tanjong pagar
during my favourite time of the day too~
6pm onwards, when the sun is setting and the colors change
the streets start filling with busy people going off from work
its just a nice site to see.
the orange and greys are beautiful.
hahaha i don't think you guys would understand it >_<
cecil street is an amazing place to get lost in..
the still dull buildings in contrast with the busy people
it has some nice colors!
somehow when i experience this stuff, something in my heart yearns and aches for something which i can't describe. i don't know how to explain either haha! and its like a pinch. i want to see more but somehow, i know i can't find it. that place my heart yearns.
i was like a kid in wonderland.
layed my request before God.

this week has been a lil busy
Monday, caught munich with livi, weiling & jun xiong
very nice!
though very violent >_<
thought it could go a lil further but it ended there :p
after that went out with tay and jo and an overnight lan gaming haha
tues, jo came over my place and played games
went over to tay's place in the evening to cheer him up after some incident :)
wed, supposed to go to school but i pushed it to tomorrow, stayed home and make full use of chi's tablet lol, went out for a farewell dinner with my classmates organised by chi haha, said goody bye to the tablet >_<
thurs, ahh.. finally went to sch to catch up with everyone :D sadly jee ping wasn't around, so i'll have to meet her tmr, had fun with the 3rd yr students. after that went off for lunch with eugene & joe at suntec, had pasta mania and ben & jerry(!)
after seeing the place and the staff, looks like a fun place to work in... and ice cream to boot. eugene went to ask if they'd hire guys cuz all the staffs were girls haha. took my walk after that :)

onto 2yrs of army life!
wanna experience it myself!
don't want to listen to what people say about it anymore, its discouraging.
of all the people who talked about army,
i remembered what bao wei said about it..
"army is fun."
