dreams

had 3 dreams in 3 days (i don't usually dream
and even if i did, i usually don't remember them)

1st

it's a lil blur now but ya
there was somehow a bull & cow stampede
many people got trampled as i ran
found a ladder and climbed
looked down at the chaos below..
i woke up
went back to slp

i was on this platform
and i was running from something
but i was seeing myself from a 3rd person's view
(it looked like a game)
somehow i figured that i had to some how jump to another
platform further up but it was like impossible
judging the distance
but anyway, i somehow knew that i could fly if i jumped
and press another button on the controller
(yes i was controlling myself with an imaginary controller
as if i was playing my playstation)
so i jumped

but i pressed the wrong button
instead of flying
i floated as if the wind was blowing upwards
cushioning my fall
i was landing very very slowly..
i scold myself for pressing the wrong button
as i reach my destination, someone there was
telling me to look out behind
i turned my head to have a glance
and far far away
from below the cliff
in the depths
i could make out 3 objects
and it was coming towards me

i started to panic (i was running away in the first place)
i was still "landing"
i began pushing the forward direction on my controller
very hard as if i would move further with the amount of force
i used to press the button
but like always, it never works.

i look back again
the 3 objects are "swimming" nearer
as they got nearer
i was able to see what it was

they were fishes.
huge ones, swimming in air..
i remember the middle one was a huge arowana

somehow i was running from them

but i was still in mid-air!!
i couldn't wait..
so i released the "float" button on the control
gravity decides to kick in and i start to fall

i managed to hang onto a cliff and quickly pull
myself up
by the the fishes were behind me

i woke up.

a tell tale sign i've been thinking about games lately..
(shadow of the colossus to be precise)

2nd
i dreamt i was married to my classmate in lasalle.
i never expected it to be her
(another classmate from indo)
was nice while it lasted
but i hate dreams which makes feel close/intimate
with someone which in reality i'm not
i'd wake up feeling all these artificial closeness
bleagh.

3rd
as i was havin a nice sleep
someone outside my bunk shouted a particular
name which was the same as that of my
secondary sch PE teacher -_-
and suddenly, i'm back in school
i see some familier faces
and i see my mum
she's my classmate.

a tell tale sign that my dreams are easily influenced by outside circumstances
(i miss schooling too though)
