"Today's going to be my last day with you guys... :)" i smiled.
haha.. it was an awkward moment there and then
don't know if its sad.. happy.. sudden.. O_o
hahaha but looking at their faces.. they were surprised :p
thank God that prayer meet started immedietely or else i wouldn't know what i would do with all that awkward pauses and weird laughs..
ok.. i'm not good at expressing myself verbally. (some people will say Amen to that)


i really thank God for the great team i have serving with me all this while.
they're a bunch of committed and fun loving people!

my stay in Youth has been a pleasant and memoriable one.
something i'll definitely treasure.

yesterday was the last day for a few others too in ywam.
some would be leaving for the adults svc on sundays
some would remain in youth
some transferred over to another unit
while the rest goes over to the tertiary service.

was quite funny preparing the gifts for them all
we wanted to celebrate roy's birthday too.
i couldn't tell anyone what was going on hahaha...
was quite stressed though... keepin it all in.
told roy we chip in for the ppl who are leaving
told the ppl who are leaving to chip in for roy's present
while i told the rest to chip for all

anyways.. before i go in abt yesterday...
should recap the past events

spt appreciation night was a fun time hahaha
ate and ate and play and play and write and write..
shuzhen asked us to write something for everyone on a paper and pass on
in the end all of us had a paper full of notes and such
i was really touched by the things they wrote.. i nvr knew how my life played a part in theirs
even a simple smile or my "morning~!'greeting!

the rest went for late/early supper with davin while bao, susi and me stayed
susi went to snooze while bao and me were playing games all night haha..
bao soon went to slp
the rest returned and we spent some time talking and talking in roy's room
hahaha everyone was half-awake and talking, in fact they were sharing incidents when they were half awake and conversing with people..
like shirls "the hamster is growing over there" story hahahaha
sam's story was the ultimate for me though hahahahaha!
shirley asked a nice question though but which i think most of us couldn't think properly to answer..
"What is close to your heart?"

played the guitar whole night/morning till everyone slept..
went outside to slp.

woke up to see baowei playing the PS2 haha
went to shower and joined in.
susi and bao left for home at about 12 while shuz went off to east coast to prepare for water bapt cuz she's doing registration
the rest of us were going later.

and so began a violent afternoon of cards. yes, cards.
played dai di... panic... one more i forgot >_<
hhahaa
we decided to make full use of livi's deafness :P
royton's nick for that afternoon for msn became
"i like to bully deaf girls"
haha
had a "truth or dare" forfeit for livi and royston
and an attempt to uncover someone's crush :þ

went on down for water bapt.

thank God the rain stopped! :D

after the whole thingy, went to join the rest who were playing soccer with the other poly groups
roy, joe, david, eugene and livi (who was sitting reading a book)
joined cecil as the commentator for the day hahahahaha
it was funnyy!! hahahaha

joe was on a killing spree!

after all that.. walked to parkway to makan and off to home to catch the zzzzs.

has been a great 2 days! :D

the times spent after that was mainly doing the shirt designs.
had more dota-ing with them at nights hahaha
finally finished the designs and sent for printing :)

(wah in fact i've up posted the wam retreat photos too.. and so is the appreciation night... water bapt... yesterday's...)

service was great~
loved the p&w!! (though i couldn't stay for the service)
veron and me went to finish the photo album
started out as a tedious thing.. (u should've seen the mess on the table)
sorted everything out and started pasting~
veron did the writings :)
when we were done with it we previewed it start till end..
and waahhh.... i was moved..
so nicee!!! i wanted one for my own! (it was written for roy mind you)
livi called and wanted to take a look at it
she came down and saw it and wow, she teared there and then.
surprised us man o_O

after service we gathered to watch a video wen jun made for all of us.. :)
its nicee~
had another(final) round of portraits shots of the grp again before heading off to marina bay to makan
spent more time taking photos and cooking than eating haha

after that we headed off to an empty space and had a time of sharing
was great! :)

to susi:
Heya! haha first knew ya in the good ol' survivor days! haha and it's been fun working with ya in the ministry! remembered the first time u came to my sch and ran to the dance sch jus to watch them.. it hit me how much you really enjoy it :) and it shows when you perform! You took the role given by wei ling when she left to lead the CAF team readily.. and sometimes it was tough but you never gave in to the problems and always seeked ways to move about it~ the CAF team has gone far with you leading it! i've learnt from your willingness to take up the tasks that are given to ya (especially drama) and your perseverance to see it through.
always enjoyed sharing interests and hobbies with ya.

to livi:
i remembered when i first brought my school friends (at that time i think it was lwein and alycia) to service, i was asking who do i look for to take care of my visitors and when i was told it was you, i knew i could trust you to take care of them. And you did, everytime, with a smile. Your hospitality always makes one feel at home! julie had great time with ya and the group and would wanna see ya again and come back one of these days :)
sometimes i'm amazed at how you lead your team, with so many of them under you.. and hey you've did a great job! you guys are unsung heros of the church.
you're someone i find very easy to talk to and i always enjoy chatting with ya
you're a living testimony of God's grace. your blog says it all too
your clumsiness makes ya unique! hahahaha

HEY!!!! You've been a great support to the team and me :) really. And hey, you've lead your team well~! even though you started in the team not so long ago, i can trust the team and service in your hands :)You're a fast learner. I believe the girls enjoy serving with ya too~
You always took the tasks willingly and never complained.
And how you served every week may it be on stage or up behind is a great example for others to follow.
