wow! i thought it was a painting!
found it on deviantart
very well blended and done

this week
one recurring theme i've heard/read/am learning
is that when we want something very much
and God doesn't give, we end up getting fustrated/bitter.
being bitter about it would mean
we could have put our desire in it way too much over
our own desire for God
and when it was denied, we reacted that way.
and ONLY when we finally give it up to Him,
and trust Him with our desires and not ourselves,
that we cannot get what we want/what He wants for us by ourselves,
He gives it to us.
it seems funny ain't it
no i'm not sayin that whenever we want something
we ask God and trust Him and He will give it to us
(it's ultimately, up to Him)
God doesn't work by methods either
its just something i've heard and read that reminded
me of one another.
and it's really important.

it's possible to desire God's plan without God at all.
and thats where we've missed the whole point.

God desires us to accomplish what He has brought
us out to do way more than our own desire to fulfill
His plans for us.
after all, He made us with that purpose in mind.
we shouldn't desire that purpose more than Him.
God desires a relationship with us much more

what would you do if your desire was denied?
